But the result is gorgeous. You placed the different colors beautifully and the whole makes me think of one big crocheted granny-square blanket. I love making baby quilts with flannel. So soft and perfect for their fragile skin. Unfortunately, flannel tend to distort. But the quilts are not less beautiful. And who would notice when it's being used? We only notice the imperfections when the quilt is laying flat. I have to get out from under my rock; I did not know Minky came in pretty patterns! I love paisleys. I do know flannel shrinks more than cotton, so maybe it didn't play nice with the Minky? You might be able to spray mist it and pin it into a carpet to shape it better.
